Looking up at the sky, under the shade of an ever-green tree. The leaves create a roof over you, with small pockets of air through which the sunlight manages to seep through. Surrounding you are thin beams of sunlight, the ones that managed to rustle past all the layers of leaves and branches and land on the ground beside you. That fragmented view is how we decided on placement for the stones used. Just like the little gaps of sunlight passing through, this ring is one of optimism and brightness. A piece we can all enjoy.
